KYOCapture and KYOcapture Express
KYOcapture is a document capture workflow solution that enables select Kyocera MFPs to seamlessly capture, process and route paper or electronic-based documents. Once the hardcopy document is captured at the Kyocera device, it is processed (e.g. OCR, Barcode recognition) and is then routed to network folders, email, printers, databases and more. They can also be routed directly to the SentryFile document management system with the SentryFile connector that allows for seamless scanning and archival of documents via Kyocera KYOcapture and KYOCapture Express-compatible multifunctional products (MFP's).

KYOcapture Workflow:
KYOcapture is a comprehensive document capture workflow solution designed to satisfy more complex document capture needs. It integrates with select Kyocera MFPs allowing users to capture documents, index, directly from the MFP. A variety of processing and routing options are available, connecting major document management systems such as IBM Content Manager and Interwoven NT/MP.
